Creative Studio Partners is a small group of seasoned artist agents, account managers and producers (all US-based) with a deep focus on the creative industry. Over the years, we consistently heard from freelancers and design studios struggling to manage the business side of their work—they simply didn’t have the time, or the budget to hire someone full-time.

Recognizing this gap, we designed our offering as a flexible and affordable solution, providing the precise support creative professionals need, only when they need it, so they can focus more on what they do best: creating. How do I get started?

First determine how many hours you need and if you are looking for a one off or an ongoing relationship. Not sure? Email us.

Click the blue work request button on the right side of the screen. Please fill out the brief form and be as specific as possible.

We contact you with availability

We review your work request and respond with availability and our rates. Expect to hear from us within 1-2 business days.

The FAQ interlude

How will we communicate?

We are happy to chat via phone or an online meeting platform. Any meeting minutes outside of our initial call will potentially count towards the alotted time paid for.

Will you come to our office?

As much as we would love to meet you in person, we just offer remote services. Happy to chat via phone or an online meeting app.

What is your payment process?

For small one-off projects, we require payment in full before the start of the work. Please email us for options for weekly and monthly scenarios. We accept ACH transfers, credit cards and Transferwise. For credit cards, the transaction fee will be added to the total.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds as our work is bespoke and tailored to your specific needs.

What about onboarding?

Every new client starts with a free 15-30 minute onboarding call where we discuss the goals and what's possible in the time purchased. We will also go over when the work will commence and a suggested timeline. Beyond the initial call, any time required to review specific training documents or processses will count towards the time purchased.

Is there a limit to the amount of task requests?

No, but after receiving your work request, we will discuss how to best alocate the hours purchased and what's possible in that time frame.

How will I know the schedule?

We will discuss the schedule and when work will commence in our initial calls and emails.
